Shipping Policy

Processing Times Orders are processed within 1–2 business days if the item is in stock. If an item is not in stock, please allow 5–10 business days for processing. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Methods We ship via USPS or UPS. The shipping carrier will be selected based on availability and delivery area.

Shipping Costs A flat rate shipping fee of $5.00 applies to all orders.

PO Boxes We do ship to PO Boxes.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or damaged during transit, we will replace the item at no additional cost. To qualify for a replacement, you must provide proof that the loss or damage was caused by USPS or UPS during handling and/or delivery. Feathered Ene is not responsible for items lost or damaged due to customer handling after delivery, and such cases will not be eligible for replacement.
